This policy applies to all services provided through our website, including but not limited to:

  • Branding & Graphic Design

  • Digital Strategy & Marketing

Refunds

Due to the nature of our work, refunds are generally not issued once a service has been initiated, research has begun, or work has been delivered in part or full.

However, we do understand that situations may arise. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A service was purchased by mistake and no work has begun

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen internal issues

  • Mutual agreement is reached between both parties to terminate the service before any substantial work has started

To request a refund, please email support@durdanasaleem.com within 48 hours of your purchase, explaining your situation. All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel a service within 24 hours of placing the order if work has not yet started.

  • Once project planning or execution begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • For ongoing or retainer-based services, cancellation requires a 14-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to exceed your expectations with every project. If you are not fully satisfied with the initial delivery:

  • You are entitled to up to 2 free revisions, depending on the service package.

  • Additional revisions may incur an extra fee, which will be communicated in advance.

No Refunds for the Following

  • Change of mind after work has begun

  • Delays caused by incomplete client input or missed approvals

  • Customized strategy sessions, coaching calls, or consultations that have already taken place

  • Trademark services after official submission to government bodies
